February 11 2019

A Vanguard Air Care Inc. Beech 200 (C-FFAP/VN02) from South Indian Lake, MB (CZSN) to Thompson MB (CYTCH) reported that an inexplicable bright light followed them from CZSN to CYTH at the same altitude and speed. No aircraft were reported in their vicinity.

• Event was considered non threatening
• Aircraft Speed was 425.96 KPH
• Aircraft heading was 290
• Object was first noticed at at the 90 degrees position
• Object was described as red, green and white lights occilating up and down very quickly.
• 21 AC&W Squadron could not identify object
